Clayton Comins, of Umdende Hunting Safaris, has come up with
a fantastic package for 2 hunters. This is a 6 day, 7 night hunt
in Zululand for 2 hunters. It includes 2 trophy fees per hunter. 1
of the following: Blue or Black Wildebeest, Zebra, Nyala, or Red
Hartebeest, and 1 of the following: Blesbok, Impala, Warthog, or
Springbuck.
Clayton hunts some of the best areas in Africa and you can
upgrade to any of the animals that Clayton offers (the list is
extensive). For observers joining the trip, Clayton is offering a
discounted rate of $1,500 Canadian dollars. Additional hunters
are discounted for the trip to 2100, 300 cdn a day.
This hunt can be taken this year, 2023 or even 2024 with
arrangements with Clayton. Practically everything is included
upon your arrival to the hunting area, including all transportation
during safari, services of PH, trackers and skinner, package
animal trophy fees, permits, licenses, field prep, local beers
and wines. Only extras are a $15 conservation fee per animal
harvested and tips to PH and staff. Debbie can also arrange
some tours of the battlefields of the Zulu/Boer war, as well as a
traditional Zulu village. Spa services for the ladies if need be.
The high bidder can also make arrangements with Clayton for
some fantastic tiger fishing, ocean shark fishing and driven
guinea fowl. One of Clayton’s passions is hunting Bush Pigs with
dogs and it’s one of the most exciting things you can do while on
safari.
Jesse Waterman was high bidder last auction, and took his
mom on their 1st African trip and had a memorable trip and as
you can see from their pictures they had a fantastic hunt. They
also visited the elephant reserve and took part in a White Rhino
de-horning and took a blue bag over to a school. Jesse upgraded
the hunt and took 8 top quality animals, and had a blast with his
guide Theo. Clayton’s operation is a class act, and his operation
in Zululand is a place every hunter should go at least once.

1. Upgrading your hunt, while not required, is certainly appreciated by our donors. If you do not want to add another animal, consider bringing along a friend. This really helps out these outfitters and hunting companies that are trying to help us! With few exceptions, these donors are not wealthy philanthropists, but rather they donate to help wildlife, ensure the future of our sport, and generate new business for themselves. Please do what you can to help!
2. We do our best to solicit donated hunts only from competent outfitters. However, we do not guarantee the quality or success of any hunt purchased at this auction. All of this said, it is important to note that hunts purchased at our auction generally go very well, with both the donor and the buyer being well satisfied. Certain trips such as mountain hunts or spot and stalk hunts require a high level of physical fitness to maximize the opportunity for success. Other trips, such as game ranch hunts, are not physically demanding.
