Accommodations: Wall tents with wood stove along with all meals and non-alcoholic beverages. Due to Licensing, outfitter cannot provide alcohol but hunters are welcome to bring their own.

Method of Harvest: Rifle, Bow, Black Powder, Hand Gun or Crossbow (medical permit) over bait site(s).

Other costs: Transportation to and from airport and lodge ($50); 9% tax on winning bid price collected by the outfitter at the time of the hunt (3% US Forestry tax, 6% Idaho State tax); Tips, Licenses and Tags.

Location: Bitterroot Mountains, Idaho.

License: Idaho Hunting Licenses and Bear Tag (approx. $200 per hunter).

Trophy Fee: Included for 1st Bear; 2nd bear - $250; Mountain Lion & wolf - no trophy fee charged.

Transportation: During Hunt Included: Foot and Vehicle. Winning bidder responsible for getting to Missoula, MT (MSO) Airport or Hunt site. Not included - pick-up/drop-off at Missoula, MT (MSO) airport ($50).

Special Notes: Hunters are allowed to harvest a 2nd bear each. Mountain Lion and Wolf can be taken as targets of opportunity for the cost of the license (approx. $41.25 for Mountain Lion, $31.25 for wolf tag, see website for additional information). If desired, hunters are able to call for Mountain Lion or wolf when not bear hunting. There are many color phase bear in the area. Hunt area is 385,000 - 450,000 acres. Fly into Missoula early to visit the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Museum and the Boone and Crockett Club.
