Otto and Annie Roberts, from ROBERTS OUTFITTING have donated this 6day hunt for one hunter for one Eastern Canadian moose. Fly to the Deer Lake airport in Newfoundland, where you will be met by the outfitter, and transported to one of their three camps located in the Rex Lake,Chain Lakes, or Four Ponds areas, for your hunt. You can drive, but there are additional travel instructions, to meet your outfitter. This is a rifle or archery hunt, which goes from September to October. Your weapon of choice and hunt dates need to be worked out with the outfitter. The dates for this hunt are any available slots in 2023, or in 2024 or 2025. Black bear hunting can be added for $1000, and woodland caribou are also available, but check with the outfitter for tag availability. Roberts Outfitting claims a 90-100 % success rate on their moose hunts.
