It gives us great pleasure to donate this Six (6) day PLAINS GAME HUNT for two hunters (2 x 1) to the SCI. This donation includes: Six (6) full hunting days for two hunters (2 x 1) in South Africa for the 2018 season; Trophy Fees for: 2 x Zebra (Burchell’s) and 2 x Warthogs and 2 x Baboons (One of each per Hunter); Our service as a licensed- and reputable hunting outfitter; Full-time service of an experienced professional hunter / guide; Accommodation, including meals, cleaning- and daily laundry service; Non-alcoholic beverages and bottled water served in camp; Trained lodge / camp staff, tracker(s) and skinner(s); Field preparation- and salting of all trophies; Delivery of trophies to Life Form Taxidermy - White River; Hunting vehicle and all ground / road transport within the hunting area(s); and All Plains Game hunting licenses on donated animals. This donation does not include: Day of arrival charged at US$ 450-00 per hunter and day of departure (no charge); All airfare - International and / or domestic flights / charters; Pre- and post- Safari accommodation, meals and transport; Round-trip shuttle transfer from KMIA to hunting area and back at US$ 600-00 per vehicle (1 - 4 persons); Specially requested imported food and drink, alcoholic drinks and tobacco; Trophy Fees for all other game harvested, wounded and lost; Dipping, packing, taxidermist costs and export of trophies; Gratuities for Professional Hunter, Tracker(s) / skinner(s) and camp staff; Curio purchase, telephone calls, internet and e-mail costs; Night hunting (where allowed) at US$ 100-00 per vehicle per night; Cost of any / all day trips / excursions- / sightseeing- and all items of personal nature; Government Tax (currently 14%) on value of daily rate - US$ 378-00 per hunter; and C.I.T.E.S. -; TOPS- and Dangerous Game Hunting Licenses / Permits where applicable. GENERAL NOTES: Hunt will take place on our breathtaking 15,000 acres hunting area situated in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa; Hunt is available from March thru October 2018 and may be extended to include additional days- and Dangerous Game animals (Cape Buffalo available on this hunting area). Crocodile-, Hippopotamus- and Rhino available in close proximity.Additional hunter(s) may join the winning bidders at our 2018 published Daily Rates and Trophy Fees. Observer(s) are welcome at US$ 300-00 per observer per day - additional deposit required; Donated days cannot be “stringed”, credited or exchanged for cash - and donated animals cannot be altered-, replaced- or guaranteed as “fair chase” applies: spot-, walk- and stalk; Hunter(s) are required to harvest additional animals during this safari - as per our price list at the time of the hunt (5% discount on all additional trophies hunted - Plains Game only); Hunter(s) pay the Trophy Fees for all game harvested, wounded and lost in cash prior to departure from the hunting area; Arrival- and departure point is Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) - Nelspruit (Airport code: MQP); A non-refundable deposit of US$ 2,400-00 (Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars - US$ 1,200-00 per hunter) is payable within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase to confirm a booking, which will be deducted from the respective final bills on conclusion of the safari. THE LVSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, LVSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES NOR CAN LVSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM.
