Loyal donor, Johann Combrink from Numzaan Safaris, is supporting our Chapter again, this time with a 7-day South African safari for 1 hunter and 1 observer. This 1x1 hunt will take place in the Limpopo Province and can be scheduled for the hunting season of March through October of 2017 or 2018. Trophy fees for 1 Roan Antelope are included. This donation can be upgraded to include more hunters, observers, trophies, and days all per the current price list with the outfitter. The hunter can use a minimum .270 rifle. No automatic or semi-automatic rifles allowed. Rifles and ammo are available to rent from Numzaan at a minimal cost. It is highly recommended to use a firearm representative suggested by Numzaan Safaris to assist with documentation required for firearm permits. Hunt arrival and departure point is Johannesburg, Oliver Tambo International Airport. Weapon permits are required and are issued at the airport, with an approximate cost of $100 per hunter. Please reference the outfitter’s website for details on the permit process. Included in this donation are transportation to and from the airport, all transportation during the safari, lodging, meals, beverages, laundry service, and field prep including skinning, caping and salting. Not included is transportation of trophies to the shipper. A $1000 deposit is required to secure dates and could be used toward extra trophies. If there are no extra costs, the deposit will be refunded. This hunt cannot be combined with any other donated hunt.
