This incredible seven day South African Cape Buffalo safari for one hunter and one non-hunter can be yours! Join Jannie Otto Safaris on a seven day dangerous game safari for one hunter and one non-hunter in pursuit of an old dugga boy buffalo. The hunt will take place on our private concession of 32,000 hectares which allows free range-style hunting. The area is incredibly beautiful with expansive ranges and habitats. Included in the hunt is the trophy fee for one buffalo bull with maximum size of 38”, accommodation at our luxury hunting lodge with Wi-Fi, spacious bedrooms and fully equipped bathrooms, excellent cuisine, hunting vehicles, and highly experienced trackers, skinners and professional hunters with dangerous game licences. Hunt may be taken with rifle,handgun, or bow. Arrival & departure point: Bloemfontein.
Included: Accommodation; laundry, transportation during the hunt; meals; soft drinks; trophy fee for one Cape buffalo with maximum size of 38”; full safari staff, including 1 PH with hunting vehicle, trackers, skinners and camp staff; field preparation of trophies ( i.e. skinning, salt, tag and delivery to taxidermist).
Excluded: Additional hunter and observer fees; firearm clearance at certain airports ($35 per firearm each way); pre-approved rifle import permit ($150 per application); alcohol at cost price plus 10%; hunting licenses in certain provinces ($60 per hunter); rifle hire ( $50 per rifle per day); ammo at cost; additional trophies as per the price list of the year the hunt is taken; flights and/or hotel accommodation before, during and after safari; taxidermy and shipping; transfer fee from nearest airport to hunting concession and return ($500 per vehicle, max 4 people); 15% VAT.

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. DSC Northeast assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC Northeast's bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC NORTHEAST TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC Northeast will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC Northeast may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. DSC Northeast reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. DSC Northeast reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through DSC Northeast are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC Northeast, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Northeast. DSC Northeast makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. DSC Northeast does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Northeast. DSC Northeast makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by DSC Northeast. DSC Northeast shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC Northeast cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC Northeast be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC Northeast shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSC Northeast will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSC Northeast`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSC Northeast does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. DSC Northeast may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
