This all-inclusive safari offers the perfect blend of thrilling hunting opportunities, breathtaking landscapes, and world-class hospitality.
Your group will pursue some of Africa’s most iconic plains game species, with trophy animals included to be shared among the hunters: one Impala, one Common Blesbok, and your choice of either a Wildebeest (blue or black) or Red Hartebeest. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or embarking on your first African safari, this hunt delivers an unforgettable experience in one of the most diverse and game-rich regions in the world.
From the moment you arrive in Port Elizabeth, you’ll be taken care of by a professional and experienced team.
Included: round-trip airport transportation, a licensed professional hunter (PH), hunting vehicle, trackers, and skinners. Enjoy comfortable lodging, expertly prepared meals from a dedicated camp chef, and attentive staff to ensure your stay is as relaxing as it is exciting. Daily laundry service, soft drinks, bottled water, and local beer and wine (in moderation) are all included, along with field preparation of your trophies.
Additional hunters and observers are welcome for an added fee, with daily rates of $400 per hunter (1x1 PH) or $350 per hunter (2+ hunters per PH), and $200 per day for observers.
Not Included: Trophy fees for animals harvested outside of the included package, accommodations before or after your stay, spirits and liquor, taxidermy and shipping costs, medical rescue insurance, rifle rentals ($45/day plus ammunition), hunting license ($150), special permits if required, or gratuities.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per hunter is required within 30 days of winning the auction to secure your dates, and will be applied toward your final invoice. Failure to submit the deposit within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the hunt.
As part of the donation program, each of the three hunters is required to harvest at least two additional animals beyond those included in the package, based on current outfitter pricing at the time of the hunt. This experience is designed for three hunters; if only two attend, the included animals will be limited to one Impala and one Common Blesbok. Hunt can be taken in 2026 or 2027
All hunters will be picked up from the Port Elizabeth airport at 11:00 AM and returned at 10:00 AM on departure day. Additional airport transfers outside these times will incur a $200 fee. Please note that this is a rifle-only hunt; bow hunting is not permitted on this donated package.

Any bid made at a NWTF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, or online, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the sixth business day after the close of the auction. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the NWTF shall dispose of the item at our discretion.
ONLINE BIDDING/PERMIT BUYERS: A 6% buyer’s premium with a $250 cap will be added to the final bid price of all lots (unless prohibited by statute). Proceeds will be dedicated to NWTF Conservation initiatives. If the winner of this item refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, on which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $50,000 will require a call back from NWTF Auction Team for verification.
PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS: PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 3.5% ADMINISTRATION FEE If item does not get to reserve then the highest bidder will be offered the option to buy it at reserve price.
FIREARMS: Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, NWTF will ship the firearm, at the expense of the purchaser, from our FFL, Edgefield, SC 29824 to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention if the buyer is not present at the convention.
NWTF AUCTION ITEM POLICY:
All goods in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NWTF, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in the live auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NWTF. NWTF provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. NWTF does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by NWTF. NWTF shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, NWTF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. NWTF cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. NWTF reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available. Only NWTF exhibitors may solicit and/ or market to permit buyers.
PAYMENT/PICK-UP
Buyers who purchase items through the Online Hunting Auctions website will immediately be charged for their items on their registered credit cards. Buyers may contact Kristyn Adams at (270) 230-2502 and make alternate arrangements for payment within 10 days prior to the online auction and within 6 days after the online auction concludes. Once this payment is received, the original credit card payment will be voided.
