This incredible 7 day South African Cape Buffalo safari for one hunter and one non-hunter can be yours!
Join Jannie Otto Safaris on a dangerous game 7-day safari for one hunter and one non-hunter in pursuit of on old dugga boy buffalo. The hunt will take place on their private concession of 16,000 hectares which allows free range style hunting. The area is incredibly beautiful with expansive ranges and habitats.
During your hunt you will stay at their luxury hunting lodge with Wi-Fi, spacious bedrooms and fully equipped bathrooms, and enjoy excellent cuisine.
INCLUDES: Trophy fee for one buffalo bull with maximum size of 38”, accommodation, meals, laundry, soft drinks and day fees for seven days for one hunter and one non-hunter, full safari staff including one professional hunter with hunting vehicle, trackers, skinners and camp staff, and field preparation of trophies i.e., skinning, salt, tag and delivery to taxidermist.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Additional hunters are welcome at $600/hunter and non-hunters for $250/person per day. This hunt may be upgraded to include additional species and buffalo from the price list of the year the hunt is taken. Hunt may be taken with rifle or bow. Arrival and departure point is Bloemfontein, South Africa. Hunt can be taken in 2023 between April 1 and November 30 or during 2024. Latest date hunt can be taken is November 30, 2024. Liquor, beer, wine and mixes are available at cost price plus 10%. Rifle hire is available @ $50 per rifle per day. Ammo available at cost.

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. Heartland DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be shipped to buyers until Heartland DSC bank confirms full payment has been received for the item and the cost of the shipping. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until up to 30 days after the close of auction.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, Heartland DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Heartland DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Heartland DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Heartland DSC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR HEARTLAND DSC
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by Heartland DSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF HEARTLAND DSC. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Heartland DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Heartland DSC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Heartland DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Heartland DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS Heartland DSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases
12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR HEARTLAND DSC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the Heartland DSC Banquet & Auction, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the Heartland DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The Heartland DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of Heartland DSC. Heartland DSC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by Heartland DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the Heartland DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to Heartland DSC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of Heartland DSC and all Board decisions are final.
