Hunt the spiral horn antelope species in the Limpopo and Eastern Cape Provinces of South Africa. Included in this hunt is 6 different spiral horn antelope species, 7-days, 1x1 guided safari for 2 hunters, donated by Jannie Otto Safaris. Allow for extra travelling days between provinces. Method of take is hunters choice. Schedule this safari with outfitter for open dates in 2022/23.
Each Hunter can hunt maximum of three of the donated animals:
- 2x Kudu
- 1x Nyala, 1x Eland
- 2x Bushbuck
Included in the donation are:
1. Accommodation, meals, soft drinks and day fees for 7 days for 2 hunters.
2. Trophy fees as indicated above.
3. Full safari staff, including 2 PH's with hunting vehicles, fuel, trackers, skinners and camp staff.
4. Airport pick up and drop off at O.R Tambo, Johannesburg.
5. 1 Hunting License per paying hunter.
6. Field preparation of trophies i.e. skinning, salting and tagging and delivery to Taxidermist.
Not included are:
1. Additional hunter and observer day fees.
2. Liquor, beer, wine and mixes at cost price + 10%.
3. Community Fund $100 per hunter per day and $50 per observer per day.
4. Additional vehicle for larger groups.
5. 15% Government Tax on trophy fees of any wounded and lost game @ package rates.
6. Additional hunting licenses in certain situations depending on groups composition @ $60 each.
7. Rifle hire @ $50 per rifle per day, ammo at cost.
8. Additional trophies as per 2021/22 Trophy Fees and gratuities.
9. Flights and/or hotel accommodation before, during or after safari.
10. Taxidermy and shipping.
When you hunt with Jannie Otto Safaris you get more than 36 years of African Big Game Hunting experience. Jannie is a past Wildlife Manager for the South African Nature Conservation. He knows the areas and the animals, conducting hunts in South Africa, Mozambique and Tanzania. Additional hunters are welcome for $600 per hunter per night, Observers $250 per night, per person.
