John & Laura du Plooy have been running Muchinga Adventures for 32 years, offering the very best of Zambia for those passionate about wildlife, hunting and adventure. John has been a full time Zambian professional hunter since 1989, having guided in most of the Zambian Game Management areas. John is the highest awarded Professional Hunter by the Professional Hunting Association of Zambia. They have donated this 7-day game ranch hunt for 2 hunters (2:1 guiding) in Zambia for all available plains game available on quota. Various farms are hunted depending on the species that are sought after. This hunt includes the daily rates for 2 hunters; accommodations for 9 nights; meals; non-alcoholic beverages; road transport to/from game ranches; meet and greet services on arrival & departure; field preparation (skinning & salting) and trophy transport to shipper. This 7-day hunt can be taken in 2026, 2027 or 2028. Hunt arrival and departure point is Lusaka, Zambia. This hunt may also be upgraded to 1:1 guiding ($300 day). Additional hunters & non-hunters can be added ($400 per day/per hunter) and non-hunters ($250 per day/per non-hunter). This hunt does not include flights, dipping & packing ($1,950 per hunter); shipping of trophies from Zambia; firearm import permit (currently $175 per hunter and may change in 2026) and trophy fees (all trophy fees for animals wounded or killed extra as per trophy fee in year of hunt); accommodations before or after hunt.
