•This is a fully donated trip for TWO HUNTERS for five nights at our lodges in either San Luis or La Pampa Province. Full accommodations
are based on double occupancy.
•The Pointer Outfitters travel staff has hosted hunters on expeditions all over the country. We are an outfitter company with many years of
experience. We offer a high-quality big game experience. All hunting is done in the company of our professional guides in La Pampa or
San Luis Province. Every shooting trip is individually designed around each client. We specialize in custom itineraries based on our clients’
wishes and budget. We believe that a hunting trip should be accessible, fun and hassle-free. Prepare to be swept away by great Argentine
culture and comfort. It is a perfect travel hunting destination.
•Both hunters receive a $1,000 credit per hunter for the first red stag up to 300 SCI.
•Trophy fee range is $4,500 for 300 SCI to $28,000 for 520 SCI. Additional SCI point size available upon request.
•Arrival/departure point is Buenos Aires, followed by a brief flight or drive to final destination (our lodges in either San Luis or La Pampa Province).
•The trip includes accommodations (based on double occupancy), $1,000 credit/per hunter for the first red stag (minimum 300 SCI),
professional guide service 2 x 1, all meals, wines and drinks with professional chef service; land transportation by 4WD vehicles, primary
trophy preparation, English-speaking host and WIFI at the lodge.
•Not included are high fence red stag trophy fees, fees for additional trophies taken, airfare (international or domestic flights), transfer
service in Buenos Aires, local airport transfer to the lodge ($200 round trip per person), hunting license $550 per hunter, rifle rental $300
per hunter, ammunition $50 (20 rounds of ammo), government tag, trophy exportation and delivering cost, taxidermy services, caping,
lodge and field gratuities (refer to gratuities policy guidelines in the pre-trip file), and insurance & medical expenses.
•The hunt may be upgraded to include additional trophies per current price list. Additional hunters and non-hunters are welcome at current
price list. Please contact Stacey or Tomas for full details on these upgrades or additions.
•This hunt must be taken within three years of the date of purchase. Auction buyer should contact Stacey or Tomas within 60 days of purchase
to reserve their hunt date. There is an extension fee for up to five years for a $1,000 flat fee (exclusions to be paid before trip is made).
•Pointer Outfitters reserves the right with advance notice to transfer groups to any of their lodges and to accommodate non-hunting guests
at an additional rate.
•It is the high bidder’s responsibility to check on any international travel requirements.

Pickup and Shipping
The high bidder is responsible for pickup of purchased items in a timely manner before the conclusion of the convention. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the Banquet/Auction hall at the payment table to assist you in obtaining your item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the high bidder. Our staff will work with you to find the best method to ship purchased items that cannot be taken by the high bidders. GSCO assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. Terms of Sale
Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from GSCO and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that GSCO is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
Auction Procedures
The auctioneer and his staff run the auction. Their rules and decisions will be final. If during the live auction, a final bid for an item is erroneously taken from two bidders, the bidding is closed to everyone else except those two bidders. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser; the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder in any auction. At each live auction, there will be pre-designated bid spotters in the audience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to direct bids to the nearest spotter. The auctioneer and spotters will make every attempt to acknowledge all desired bids, but GSCO is not responsible for any missed bids or bids that fail to be executed.
The high bidder for a hunt or trip is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor in a timely manner. It IS NOT the obligation of the donor or Grand Slam Club/Ovis to contact the high bidder. The high bidder is responsible for following the same procedure as if the hunt or trip had been booked directly with the provider.
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a 3% buyer’s premium plus an additional 3% credit card administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased through the online auction will be shipped by a GSCO representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from GSCO auction team for verification.
HUNTS
Although GSCO has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it has no control over the operation of the donor and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. GSCO cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST tax liabilities, which sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that GSCO is not responsible for these fees and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other arrangements are made with the donor.
In no event shall GSCO, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. GSCO will ship the firearm through a Firearms License (FFL) holder, at the expense of the purchaser, to a Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after the event.
