GRIZZLY/BROWN & BLACK BEAR COMBO HUNT – ALASKA
8 Days For 1 Hunter
Rainy Pass Lodge

Long-time, repeat donor, Rainy Pass Lodge, is Alaska's oldest hunting lodge, Steve Perrins (the 2022 SCI North American Outfitter of the Year!) is donating a fantastic, 8-day Grizzly/Brown Bear and Black Bear combo hunt for 1 hunter. Hunt dates are to be arranged with the outfitter for August of 2026 (subject to outfitter availability) or August of 2027; additional hunters are welcome for $36,500 (upon availability) or observers for $8500. This 1-on-1 hunt includes camp accommodations, meals, guide, trophy fees for one Brown Bear or Grizzly Bear and one Black Bear, including field and trophy preparations. The hunter is responsible for license and tag fees, charter flights (estimated at $1500 per person round trip), Hunter Preservation fee of $200 per hunter, and gratuities (typically 10-20% of the value of the hunt). Weapon of your choice is available including bow, muzzleloader, pistol, or rifle. This is one of the few hunting lodges in Alaska where horses are used so the hunt will be conducted on horseback and foot. The arrival point is Anchorage, Alaska, from there a bush plane charter flight will be arranged by the outfitter. Subject to outfitter’s availability, the hunt can be upgraded to include other combos (Dall Sheep, Moose, Caribou, Black Bear and Wolf) at the outfitter’s price list. The purchase price of this hunt can be applied to an upgraded hunt, but cannot be applied to any previously-booked hunt. This is a two-bear area that has both Brown and Grizzly Bears, and a second Brown/Grizzly may be added for the trophy fee of $6,000 or second Black Bear for $750. The Lodge was founded in 1937, Steve and Denise Perrins started there in the late 1970s, purchasing the Rainy Pass Lodge property in 2003 and have been keeping its fair-chase, wild Alaska hunting traditions alive. In transition to turn the lodge over to son Steve II and wife Carly, they work together to provide first-class authentic wilderness experiences for all their guests. Whatever interests you in the Alaskan wilderness, the Perrins Family invite you to join them at one of the most picturesque and historic lodges and hunting experiences in Alaska. Dozens of members of the Michigan Chapter have hunted with Steve and family over the past 22 years. You will not be disappointed!
