Johan Van der Merwe of Tales of the Soil African Hunting Safaris has generously donated a 5-day hunt for 2 hunter and 2 non-hunters in the Limpopo Region of South Africa. You will spend 5 days hunting his 7500-acre private ranch and 40,000-acre concession. The donation includes trophy fees for a golden wildebeest, a zebra, a bushpig and a baboon to be shared by the two hunters. In addition, you can add animals on a trophy fee basis off their extensive species list. This is the perfect opportunity for the hunter who wants to complete his wildebeest slam, as Johan has access to all four species of wildebeest. Once the hunting portion of the safari is concluded, it’s off to Kruger National Park for 3 days and 2 nights of site seeing and game drives. You have not experienced true wild nature until you sleep in Kruger National Park and hear the lions roar at night. The trip may be taken in 2023 and the hunter may use archery or rifle equipment. While in camp you will enjoy a 4-star lodge, bungalow or safari tent. You will be sharing camp with nature, as game and birds drink throughout the day and night. Included in the hunt are, meals and beverages (water, soda, beer & wine), lodging with daily laundry service, PH, trackers, skinners, and safari vehicle during hunt. Not included are airfare, before and after expenses, animals wounded or harvested in addition to the donated animals, dip/pack and shipping of trophies, taxidermy fees, rifle permit or gratuities for PH and staff. Additional hunters may be added per the price list. The outfitter has asked that no other hunts be used in conjunction with this hunt.
