This fine group consists of 1 pre-M1795 bayonet measuring 17 3/4" w/ a 3” socket. There is a sm. “Y” stamped in front of the mortise. / 1 M1795 bayonet measuring 18 1/8” overall w/ a 3” socket. The flat of the blade is stamped w/ a single dot & “28” appears in front of the mortise. / 1 Revolutionary War period bayonet likely for the State of Connecticut. Overall length 18 1/2” w/ a 3” socket. The side of the socket engraved, “CN : 83”. The rear of the socket has 2 incised lines & the front of the socket has a single incised line. The neck & elbow are squared in shape. / 1 Revolutionary War era German-Dutch socket bayonet. Overall length 15 1/2". Socket length 3”. / 1 M1812 bayonet measuring 17 1/8” overall w/ a 2 7/8” socket. There is a sm. “D” stamped in front of the mortise. / 1 Revolutionary War period bayonet measuring 17 1/4" overall w/ a 2 7/8” socket. A typical Committee of Safety style bayonet of home forge mfg. / 1 Ramrod & worm for a US M1855 musket measuring 39 1/2". / 1 Ramrod for a US M1795 musket measuring 44 5/8”. / 1 Ramrod for a US M1873 Springfield measuring 35 1/2”. / 1 Ramrod for a US M1868/70 Springfield measuring 35 1/2". / 1 Flobert musket or cadet bayonet measuring 12 1/8” w/ a 15mm socket. / 1 Flobert musket or cadet bayonet measuring 9 1/8” w/ a 13mm socket. CONDITION: bayonets are in solid condition w/ a dark patina overall & no scabbards. Ramrods have a medium gray to dark patina & appear to be full length. (02-13481/BF). $800-1,100.
