1) STAFF OFFICER. A dug Albert # CS-41-A coat button having a blank RMDC backmark with no shank. CONDITION: button has a dark excavated patina with traces of gilding primarily at the edges.
2) STAFF OFFICER. A dug Albert # CS-41-A coat button having a blank RMDC backmark with no shank. CONDITION: button has a dark excavated patina with approx. 15% of original gilding remaining.
3) INFANTRY. A dug Albert # CS-184 coat button having a blank back with a cast integral shank. CONDITION: button has a green excavated patina overall.
4) INFANTRY. A dug Albert # CS-184 coat button having a blank back with a cast integral shank. CONDITION: button has a brown/green excavated patina overall.
5) INFANTRY. A dug Albert # CS-171 coat button having an H T & B Manchester backmark with shank. CONDITION: button has a nearly black excavated patina. Shank is slightly bent.
6) INFANTRY. A dug Albert # CS-181-A2 coat button having an RMDC, E. M. Lewis backmark with shank that has a tiny piece of cloth attached. CONDITION: button has a dark excavated patina with a very, very slight push to the face and an equally slight push to the reverse. Shank is slightly bent.
7) INFANTRY. A dug Albert # CS-177-A coat button having an Isaacs Campbell backmark with shank. CONDITION: button has a dark brown patina with traces of green. Backmark is light but discernible.
8) INFANTRY. A dug Albert # CS-177-A coat button having an Isaacs Campbell backmark with shank. CONDITION: button has a dark, nearly black patina. Shank is bent. (02-17717-2/BF). $2,000-2,500.
