The reverse is marked, “FIRMIN & SONS . 153 STRAND LONDON . &13 CONDUIT. ST. “. Full straight shank. CONDITION: button retains all of the original gilded finish.
2) A Civil War period Georgia State Militia button of English mfg. Albert # GA-5-A. Face depicts the State Seal of Georgia. The reverse is marked, “VAN WART . SON & CO.. * ”. Full straight shank. CONDITION: button retains nearly all of the original gilded finish.
