Donation: Hunt for 9-days for one of the most incredible mountain sheep in the world, Hume Argali. All Kyrgyzstan hunting licenses and fees are included. The winning bidder will have their name submitted to the USFWS so that they will get USFWS CITES import permits. The U.S. CITES application with USFWS opens May 1st of each year and costs $100.
Dates: This hunt needs to be scheduled between October – November, 2016 or can be delayed until January, 2017. Contact Outfitter for available dates.
Additional hunters: If hunt space is available for an additional hunter on the same date, the price is $26,500.
Additional non-hunters: A non-hunting companion is welcome for $2,500.
Amenities included: All Kyrgyzstan hunting licenses and fees are included.
Amenities not included: The hunter is responsible for the flight to and from Bishkek, meals and lodging while in Bishkek (usually 2 nights), extra baggage fees for taking home skin/skull or shipping of trophy home and staff tips.
Location: Bishkek.
Accommodations: Most of the hunting areas have a heated house or cabin and if spiking out the hunter will use backpack style tents.
Special note: This hunt is conducted on horseback and foot in high elevations (10,000-13,000’). This is not a North American hunt and hunters need to be prepared for cultural and language differences, long range and sometimes quick shooting (proficient at 500+ yards). Generally the hunters will take the trophy home as checked luggage, but you can have it shipped DHL, Fed Ex or Turkish Air freight and cleared using a wildlife broker. Asian Mountain Outfitters works with partners in several different hunting areas in the Naryn and Issyk-kul Region and can also arrange the Karalini (Tien Shan) for non-USA hunters. Bryan Martin has outfitted in Canada since 1999 and in Central Asia since 2002 and has personally been on many successful Marco Polo and ibex hunt and will do his best to educate and prepare the hunter before the trip.
