9 EUROPEAN MILITARY HELMETS.

1) DUTCH. A fine example of a WWII Dutch M34 helmet with smooth field green paint & oval Dutch crest on the front of the helmet. Black finished leather liner with black finished chinstrap.
2) BELGIAN. An interesting aluminum Belgian M1926 Adrian helmet in brown paint with lion's head crest on the front. Brown leather 7 tongue liner with partial brown chinstrap.
3) BELGIAN. A good example of a steel Belgian M1926 Adrian helmet in dark field green paint with lion's head crest on the front. Black leather 6 tongue liner with black chinstrap.
4) BELGIAN. A rare example of a WWII period Belgian motorcycle helmet in brown paint. This "soft" helmet appears to be painted canvas over cork or other fibrous material with a Belgian lion crest on the front. The interior is cloth & leather with felt lined ear flaps & neck protection. There are added cups for earphones. Helmet has brown leather chinstrap & the earflaps also buckle under the chin.
5) ROMANIAN. An early example of a Romanian M1915 Adrian style helmet with a dark gray/green painted finish. Helmet has a crowned Romanian crest on the front. Black 7 tongue leather liner with losses. No chinstrap.
6) CZECHOSLOVAKIAN. An interesting example of a Czech M1915 modified Adrian helmet. Helmet has a dark gray/green painted finish with a Czechoslovakian lion & cross crest on the front. The front rim has been modified by shortening it to about a 1/2". Black finished 6 tongue liner with brown leather chinstrap.
7) GERMAN. A WWII era German civil helmet often referred to as a Luftschutz gladiator style. Helmet is painted dark gray black with no evidence of a decal. There are two 7 hole vents on each side & 4 rivets attaching the replacement 10 tongue liner. Plastic chinstrap.
8) BULGARIAN. A WWII era German made civil helmet for Bulgaria. Helmet has a gray/green painted finish with a multicolored shield on the side with Cyrillic letters & the Bulgarian lion. 6 Tongue leather liner with black leather chinstrap. Liner shows some losses.
9) CZECHOSLOVAKIAN. A standard issue Czech M34/36 helmet in field green paint with a light gray 5 pad liner & brown leather chinstrap. CONDITION: all helmets show some degree of wear & are complete except as noted. (02-16346/BF). $800-1,300.
