1) Cal. 16 Ga., 2 3/4". S# 22487. Bbls. 27 1/2". Made 1945 w/ matted tapered concave rib w/ sm. brass front bead & gold inlaid "1" near breech. The Boehler Steel bbls. are of Chopper lump construction w/ SN & proof marks on blued flats. Point pattern checkered splinter forend w/ fully engraved blued iron has Anson type push button release. The self opening full side lock ejector action w/ side clips. Side locks are nicely rose & scroll engraved in about 80% coverage w/ gold washed pins & cocking indicators. Maker's name at bottom of side lock. Bottom of action w/ bursts of rose & scroll engraving & scroll framed "I. UGARTECHEA / EIBAR". Beaded fences are rose & scroll engraved w/ side clips as is blued top lever w/ gold inlaid "1". Top tang is nicely scroll engraved w/ gold inlaid "S" in front of blue & engraved safety slide. Gun made w/ dbl. triggers (front trigger articulated), auto ejectors, assisted opener & auto safety. Straight grip buttstock checkered in point pattern through the wrist w/ tear drops behind side locks. Sm. rolled edge blued trigger guard w/ scroll engraving on bow & long tang. Sm. lightly engraved nickel oval near toe & stocks terminate w/ checkered butt. DAC: 1 1/2". DAH: 2 1/4". LOP: 13 1/2". Right: Bore diameter: .658". Restriction: .024" (Mod.). Minimum wall thickness: .018". Left: Bore diameter: .650". Restriction: .019" (Mod.). Minimum wall thickness: .023". Weight: 6 lbs., 0 oz. CONDITION: very good. bbls. retain nearly all of a refurbished rust blue. Action w/ about 30% original case color remainder having toned to gray w/ light staining. Forend is sound; checkering professionally recut & iron reblued, w/ sm. repair towards tip on left side which is almost invisible. Buttstock is excellent as restored, checkering recut & appears sound. Trigger guard reblued. Bores w/ scattered light pitting & bbls. showing some old dent repair upon close inspection. Gun is tight. Mechanics are fine. (22-1161/JSL).

Buttstock is excellent as restored, checkering recut & appears sound. Trigger guard reblued. Bores w/ scattered light pitting & bbls. showing some old dent repair upon close inspection. Gun is tight.
