African Wild Safaris has offered a guided hunt for four hunters for seven days. Included with the donation are the trophy fees for (1) Impala, (1) Blesbuck, (1) Springbok or (1) Duiker – Each hunter choose ONE trophy. Each hunter must hunt at least 1 additional trophy from the price list of the year in which the hunt takes place or pay the daily non-hunting rate of $150 per day. A wide variety of additional animals can be taken; check the trophy fees on the donor’s website. The hunt can be taken between March and November of either 2025 or 2026. It takes place on more than 80,000 acres of privately-owned land and closely managed hunting concessions in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. You will be treated to 5-star luxury accommodations and daily laundry services, three traditional meals a day, beverages, registered professional hunters and trackers, field preparation of your trophies, and pick up and drop off at Polokwane International Airport in Limpopo, South Africa. In addition to hunting, the donor also offers trips to Kruger National Park, freshwater fishing, and spa treatments. Non-hunters are welcome at a daily rate of $150 per person per day.

Liability: Arizona Bighorn Association has exercised reasonable care in the selection of auction items and raffles; however, it accepts no liability for the use or misuse and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety, or function, either expressed or implied.
Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
