All high bidders are responsible for payment of auction items prior to leaving Convention. The auctioneer will settle any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction. Please make note that some auction items do not include the following, unless specified: Travel expenses to and from destination, lodging and meals, alcoholic beverages, packaging, shipping, and gratuities.
All goods in both the live auctions have been acquired and obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by TWA and is advised, in the case of knives or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” and without and/or implied warranty on the part of TWA. Also, a “Buyer Acknowledgement Form” will be given to the high bidder immediately following the auction of each item for those purchasing items onsite. Any failure to execute the Buyer Acknowledgement Form promptly will result in the auction item immediately being re-auctioned. All high bidders must pay in full for the auction item(s) via the Online Hunt Auctions app or on Sunday, July 14th, from 8:00 am–11:00 am at the convention checkout area. Accepted forms of payment are check, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. It is also encouraged that the buyer covers the shipping and handling of any items that need to be shipped after the convention is complete.
