DERRINGERS. Cal. 22 Short. S# 26376D & S# 26375D. Bbls. 2 1/2". A matched pair of 4th Model Derringers mfg. In 1960. Consisting of a gold colored frame w/ black bbls. & hardwood grips. These are often misidentified as the cased sets offered much later between 1970-1976 referred to as the “Lord” or “Lady” Model Derringer. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: these are offered in a Colt factory red-fabric lined presentation case w/ a brass plaque marked “JAMES A. KLEIN / 1960”. CONDITION: factory finish on both bbls. appears complete w/ no sign of wear. Frame plating is equally as consistent. Grips possess a few minor impressions that must be examined closely to reveal. Bores are clean w/ well pronounced rifling. Bbls. lock tightly in battery. (21-3507 & 21-3508/JZ). BOTH CURIO. $300-450.
