Chinese porcelain ginger jar acquired from the Vendetta Cigar Shoppe estate collection; located at the Fairmount Hotel in San Francisco, CA. Chinese ginger jar is hand painted in vibrant colors of yellow, orange, and red. The rarity of this piece is the exceptional condition and accompanied by its original lid. There are no chips in either the jar or lid. Glaze is in good condition without cracks, crazing, or staining. Possibly Ming Dynasty. Please review the foot, rim, and styling during your due diligence. The jar with lid stands 18 inches tall. Total weight is 13 lbs.

BIDDING
Bidding advances shall be regulated by the auctioneer and shall be at his discretion. He or she has the right to refuse any bids. Some of the items offered at auction are subject to a reserve. A reserve is a minimum price agreed upon by the consignor of the property and the auction house. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor in order to reach the minimum sale amount. If the minimum amount is not reached, the auctioneer may pass the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of clients and vendors, but shall not be liable for errors or omissions in executing instructions to bid.
