The hunting season is from 1 st of February 2026 to 30 November of 2026, or 2027.
· The Hunt is for the duration of 8 hunting days, and hunters will be hosted at Africa Maximum safaris luxury lodge. The eight hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the North West Province of South Africa. We have over 300,000 acres of combined concessions to hunt. The Northwest Province hosts an array of different species of game.
· If trophies are taken early, the clients will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting.
· The hunt may be upgraded, with extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per the price list), extra trophies to be hunted, or extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as the client wishes to tailor the package.
· Trophy animals donated are one of each species to be shared by the hunters: Kudu x 1 and Sable x 1.
· This hunt is available for the 2026 or 2027 season. Contact the outfitter for the best available dates.
· Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies; dipping and shipping are not included in the donation.
· The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport.
· This donation excludes the arrival and departure day cost and the airport transfer.
Arrival and departure days and airport transfers are charged @ US $ 220.00 per person per day excl. 15% VAT tax. This is applicable to the client in all cases. If hunters arrange their own transfer from and to the airport, the arrival night’s accommodation will be charged at the regular observer daily rate.
· No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt.
· Weapons to be used: Rifle only – 375 for dangerous game and 30 caliber and bigger for dangerous game. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Rifles can also be rented from Africa Maximum Safaris.
· To bring weapons into South Africa, an export permit from the United States is required. At South African Customs, the gun owner will supply the necessary import permit, on which a temporary firearm license will be issued.

Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. NNMSCI assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until NNMSCI receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Auction Terms and Conditions
Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C. Alcoholic beverages
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.
Disclaimer of Liability
Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NNMSCI and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NNMSCI. NNMSCI makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. NNMSCI does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by NNMSCI. NNMSCI shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, NNMSCI cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can NNMSCI be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, NNMSCI shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
NNMSCI is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
