Join Africa Maximum Safaris in South Africa for a trip of a lifetime! You will hunt one of Africa’s big five, the iconic Cape Buffalo, as well as the large, tough, and difficult to bring down, Blue Wildebeest. This safari is for two (2) hunters on a two-on-one hunt and two (2) observers. The outfitter has over 300,000 acres of combined exclusive hunting concessions in the Northwest Province of South Africa containing a combination of bushveld, highveld and middleveld habitat systems supporting most of the species available throughout South Africa. While on your safari you will see an abundance of game as well as all the different types of fauna & flora in the area providing picture perfect photo opportunities. In the evening after a long day’s hunting you will be able to relax at their luxury hunting camp around a warm fire under a star filled sky, while sipping on local South African beverages. You will indulge in South African cuisine with many dishes including mouth-watering venison, acquired from the successes of their clients’ hunts.
INCLUDES: Eight (8) hunting days, accommodations, and meals for two (2) hunters and two (2) observers, professional hunter services, trophy fees for one (1) Cape Buffalo (up to 42”) and one (1) Blue Wildebeest to be shared by the hunters, field preparation of trophies, and all transportation by vehicle during the hunt.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Hunt is to be taken between February 1 and November 30 during 2026 or 2027. Hunters can upgrade to take a second buffalo for a $9,900 trophy fee. Buyer must get in contact with the outfitter within 3 months after they have bought the hunt to reserve dates for their safari. If trophies are taken early, the client will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting. The hunt may be upgraded, with extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per the price list of year taken), extra trophies to be hunted, or extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as the client wishes to tailor the package. The arrival and departure point is Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt. Special arrangements can be made if the client wishes to charter a plane to camp, which will be at an extra cost to the client. Weapons to be used are rifle only – 30 caliber and larger. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. An alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting. Rifles can also be rented from Africa Maximum Safaris. To bring weapons into South Africa, an export permit from the United States is required. At South African Customs, the gun owner will supply the necessary import permit, on which a temporary firearm license will be issued. This is a safari hunt package, no credit will be allowed towards a photographic safari.
DOES NOT INCLUDE: Arrival and departure days and the airport transfer (charged at US $220.00 per person per day, excl. 15% tax - If hunters arrange their own transfer from and to the airport, the arrival night’s accommodation will be charged at the regular observer daily rate), dipping and shipping, or gratuities.

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. Heartland DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be shipped to buyers until Heartland DSC bank confirms full payment has been received for the item and the cost of the shipping. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until up to 30 days after the close of auction.

All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. The winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has been processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, Heartland DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Heartland DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Heartland DSC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, the bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Heartland DSC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR HEARTLAND DSC
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by Heartland DSC and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF HEARTLAND DSC. HEARTLAND DSC MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. Heartland DSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF HEARTLAND DSC. HEARTLAND DSC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, Heartland DSC cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, pandemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can Heartland DSC be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, Heartland DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Successful bidders are required to contact outfitters and service providers within 60 days of the auction to schedule and reserve dates.
10. Purchased trips cannot be combined to run adjacent or concurrent with any other purchased donations without approval of all involved outfitters.
11. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Heartland DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Heartland DSC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Heartland DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
12. Heartland DSC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
13. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS Heartland DSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases
14. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR HEARTLAND DSC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the Heartland DSC Banquet & Auction, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the Heartland DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The Heartland DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of Heartland DSC. Heartland DSC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by Heartland DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the Heartland DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to Heartland DSC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of Heartland DSC and all Board decisions are final.
