Jeff Kruse longtime SCI Alaska Exhibitor and Owner of Bushwhacker Air Service is donating fly-in service for two hunters for a do-it yourself caribou hunt. The hunt will take place in unit 23 or 26a which is home to Alaska’s biggest caribou herd.

The Northwestern Arctic Caribou herd in Units 23 and 26A is Alaska’s largest caribou herd and the recent photo census counts performed by the ADF&G show the herd estimate to be approximately 259,000 animals. Caribou hunting is open to both residents and non-resident hunters.

Included: Hunt Starts and Ends in Bettles, AK. air transportation in and out of the field along with acquired meat and trophies.

This donation is good for available dates in August thru September of 2019 only.

Additional hunters are welcome at the rate of $3,500 per hunter.
