located on the Gulf of Alaska, 380 miles southeast of
Anchorage in the heart of the Tongass National Forest.

In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
