Repeat donor, Donna Wilson has provided this beautiful bronze entitled “There’s Always Next Year”. This bronze depicts a small herd of elk spooked by a misplaced arrow. Embedded in the trunk of an ancient tree stump, the arrow missed the intended mark of the massive patriarch, bull elk. This sculpture speaks to the amazing cycle of nature and the part we humans play in the balance. This fine piece of wildlife artistry is part of a series edition of only twelve pieces, stands 45 inches high, is 22 inches wide and 22 inches deep. Dona Wilson has been a strong supporter of the Northern Michigan Chapter – Safari Club International for many years and is valued as a true friend of the arts and the Chapter!
