Antelope Hunt by Desert Trophy Hunts in New Mexico
All items are new.
This 3 day antelope hunt is for one hunter on the Pacheco Ranch in NE New Mexico. The ranch lies just south of the Colorado border and is about 45 miles north of Clayton. You will be hunting 115,000 acres of private ground and there is no shortage of antelope. Average bucks are 13 inch to 15 inch and will score from 70 inches, up to 82 inches or better. We are 100% opportunity over the past 3 seasons and we limit the number of hunters to 8 on the entire ranch.
One of the things that makes this hunt unique is the fact that you can go and look at the rocky mountain bighorn sheep that reside on the ranch so bring a camera if you'd like and you can get some pictures or video. This past season RMBS life member Madeline Demaske killed a 191 inch giant on the sheep hunt that was conducted there.
These antelope hunts normally run $4000 but if the winning bidder wants to bring a friend and that friend is a member of Rocky Mountain Bighorn Society we will give a discounted rate of $2750 for the additional person.
The voucher, food, lodging and guide is provided. The winning bidder will be responsible for travel to and from the ranch as well as their NM hunting license and that can be purchased online before the hunt. Closest airport would be Amarillo TX but its only a few hours from Colorado Springs or DIA as well. Dates: Arrive on the afternoon of September 1st and hunt the 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
