Antique Buckeye ''Saturday Night Special'' Spurtrigger Pocket Revolver, #5752, .30 RF cal., 2.5'' octagonal barrel with blade front sight, is marked ''Buckeye'' on top flat, and ''Pat'd. Apr. 23, 1870'' on left; fluted 5-shot round cylinder; solid frame with long sighting groove on topstrap, raised circular sideplate on left, and integral spurtrigger sheath and grip straps; smooth two-piece bovine bone grips. Mfg'd. 1870s-80s, originally with full nickel plate finish. Condition is good. Metal surfaces retain approx. 50% original nickel, with scattered losses and discoloration (especially on right side); grips are smooth showing light age but no cracks or losses; edges and markings are sharp. Action is smooth but does not revolve cylinder; bore is clean with overall frosting and defined rifling. Est.: $75-$150. (Antique)
