Antique Unmarked European (Likely Belgian) Tip-Up Double Action Revolver, NVSN, .44 CF cal., unmarked 5.625" round barrel in the S&W style with raised rib, top hinge and bottom latch; round 6-shot cylinder; solid frame has separate loop trigger guard, integral gripstraps with lanyard ring on oval buttcap, 2-pc. oil-finished walnut grips. Mfg'd ca. 1870s-90s. Condition is fair showing no original finish but overall dark gunmetal color with scattered medium pitting; cylinder and barrel hinge are very loose (hinge pin peened to tighten). Grips are smooth with chip at left heel. Action is inoperative; bore is very dirty with no visible rifling. Est.: $200-$300. (Antique)
