This is a 5-day 2x1 Archery Mule Deer Hunt for 2x hunters with Vince Vigil of New Mexico Hunting Adventures on a 100,000 acre private ranch in New Mexico. The hunt is to be taken during open dates January 2-6 or 10-14, 2019. Outfitter-sponsored draw odds have typically been 100%. Licenses cost ~$415, and the hunter is also responsible for the $1,000 trespass fee to hunt the 100,000 acre ranch. The ranch has been well managed, offering the hunters the opportunity to hunt trophy deer. Success rates on past bowhunts has been very high with numerous mature bucks spotted. The package includes field and trophy preparation, trophy fees, and transportation during the hunt. Hunters are responsible for all licenses, lodging and food, which can be arranged by the outfitter for an additional fee. 4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
