Argentine Mauser Model 1909 bolt action rifle, 7.65mm caliber, 29.5” barrel, blued finish on barrel with receiver “in the white”, wood stock, S/N E2218, all matching, in overall fine condition with a fine bore,crisp action, sharp markings and fine wood with some scattered light marring on the left side of butt stock; bright niter blue on the bolt release; removal of what appears to be a Driver’s License number on the bottom ofthe trigger guard (C&R). Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
