Valid for all areas statewide except Camp Navajo in unit 6B, Mohave County park lands in unit 16A, and Fort Huachuca in unit 35A, from August 15, 2019 through August 14, 2020. Archery-only in units 11M, 25M, 26M, 38M, and on private property within municipal boundaries. Certain additional areas within municipal limits are closed to hunting; check Commission Order 29: Special Hunts for details. This is not officially designated as a guided hunt, but houndsmen Sam and Scotty Dieringer will provide up to five days of their expertise and their excellent hounds. While the hunt is open for 365 days, the hunter will need to coordinate the timeframe for the 5-day assisted hunt. Camp and meals will be provided by a team of ADBSS past-presidents. The winning bidder will of course need to provide his or her transportation to the hunt location. This is one of the finest opportunities anywhere to take a mountain lion. Winning bidder must notify Arizona Game and Fish within 90 days who the tag holder is for the hunt

Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
