Trip excludes
Transportation to/from the lodge. Travel/Lodging costs before & after the hunt. Gratuity to the staff. Cleaning & Processing of any birds harvested. Taxidermy fees should you want a trophy mounted. AR Hunting License, Waterfowl Stamp, and Federal Duck Stamp. Weather appropriate clothing & Waders (check with Outfitter) Shotgun (12 ga recommended) & Ammo (#2 Steel recommended).
Your hunting trip is valid for two years from date of purchase. Nonresidents must purchase a Nonresident 5-Day Small Game Hunting License and also the Arkansas Waterfowl Stamp-Nonresident. If you have your Federal Duck Stamp affixed to your home state license, bring that license as well to show proof, otherwise you will need to repurchase the Federal Duck Stamp.

Any and all firearms purchases will need to be shipped to a FFL dealer. Once purchased the buys has 30 days to provide FFL information. To bid on or purchase a firearm bidder must be at least 18 and be able to pass a federal background check. If you're unable to pass a background check firearm will be forfeited back to the NWTF.

Winners of hunts and trips will be contacted after the auction to go over the booking process. All items are subject to chance at the digression of the NWTF. All items are subject to a 6% buyers premium.
