Artwork, Original Painting: Janet Waldron Fine Art - Exhibitor Wildlife artist Janet Waldron is donating her original painting "There's A New Guy In Town" painted for the Alaska Chapter Safari Club International in thanks for their efforts to reintroduce the Wood Bison in Alaska. This large impressive painting of an Wood Bison bull is a special painting for the 2015 Alaska Chapter SCI live auction. The custom frame is made out of a weathered wood with barbed wire accents on the interior of the frame to symbolize the conservation project and efforts required to reintroduce the bison back into the wild. This was created by professional artist and SCI Alaska Chapter member Janet Waldron. She is known for her animal portraits and western themed paintings. She primarily works on commission and has several dozen custom paintings in the homes of collectors. She also shows her work in Anchorage storefronts and local galleries. Janet Waldron's painting is 100% donation to the Alaska Chapter. We thank Janet Waldron Fine Art for her donation.
