Product Description
The Wilderness Series tackles the need for rifles that can withstand the rugged and unforgiving wilderness while blending into those very same elements - hence Bergara's hand-painted camouflage stocks with added webbing for increased texture and grip. All Wilderness Series barreled actions feature Sniper Grey Cerakote finishes for advanced protection in extremely harsh weather. The B-14 Wilderness HMR rifle features our integrated mini-chassis molded into the stock to give the rifle repeatable bedding and accuracy. This rifle is also outfitted with a Bergara Performance Trigger and a 5 round (3 round: 6.5 PRC) AICS style detachable magazine. The world-renowned (#6) Bergara barrel is finished in Sniper Grey Cerakote and features a seamless, omnidirectional, and multi-ported muzzle brake that will reduce felt recoil by up to 35 percent. The Wilderness HMR is complemented by our super-smooth B-14 Action, which is a two-lug system with a sliding plate extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech to ensure smooth feeding and extraction of the cartridge. It has been factory drilled and tapped to fit Remington 700 style rings and bases and includes QD flush cups, adjustable cheek piece and length-of-pull spacers.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge.
It is your responsibility to know and understand the laws in your state of residence. Not all items are legal to ship to every state. We will require a copy of your photo ID prior to shipping ammunition in order to prove age. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. SHIPPING FOR FIREARMS
Firearms normally ship within 15 business days of receiving your FFL information. There may be times when extenuation circumstances delay shipping. Firearms ship at a flat rate of $25 per gun. The won item becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the shipping company (FedEx). For firearms or other controlled items, you will need to provide us with a copy of the Federal Firearms License that you wish us to ship to. Suppressors require an FFL and SOT from the shop that you wish to ship to. You will be required to purchase a tax stamp from the federal government prior to taking possession of your suppressor. Suppressors require transfer approval by ATF prior to us shipping to your dealer and the timeline of those transfer approvals is outside of our control. By providing this license, you authorize us to ship to that address on your behalf. You will need to contact your local gun shop and have them send a copy of their FFL to BisManBids@gmail.com. We do not contact gun shops on your behalf. Please provide us an FFL to ship to within 10 days of your purchase. If you have not provided us with an FFL for shipping, storage fees of $10 per day, per item will begin after 10 days unless you have made arrangements with us.

Your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction for the amount of your purchase. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement. If your credit card declines, we may attempt to charge your card for a partial payment. We will assess a $10 fee each time your card declines, up to five attempts. If your card continues to decline, we will apply any partial payments toward fees at our discretion.
SHIPPING FOR ITEMS OTHER THAN FIREARMS

If you would like to insure your items for an additional charge, please let us know prior to shipping.
