Think of our Premier Series as an extension of our Custom Series, but with standardized features for greater efficiencies in parts production and assembly providing near custom performance at prices that are affordable to serious shooters. Bergara's Premium stainless steel barrels receive a proprietary honing process at our barrel-making facility in Bergara, Spain. Then, at the Bergara USA factory, the #5 taper barrel receives a Cerakote Sniper Gray finish and is coupled with our proprietary Bergara PREMIER action, featuring a non-rotating gas shield, coned bolt nose, and sliding plate extractor.
This action is designed as a two-lug system that features a separate floating bolt head to ensure contact with the lug abutments in the action. It also features a cone-shaped bolt nose for smooth feeding of the cartridge, and a spring-loaded sliding plate extractor located in the front of the lower locking lug. The one-piece bolt body is stainless steel with a pad at the rear to accept the threaded-in bolt handle. The bolt shroud and bolt stop are fully Nitrided for extreme durability, as well as its self-lubricating properties. The bolt handle is finished in Cerakote for the utmost protection. The two-position safety is part of the trigger assembly, which in the Highlander rifle is a TriggerTech trigger with Frictionless Release Technology. One great feature of this combination allows the bolt handle not to lock in the closed position, which in turn allows the rifle to be unloaded while in the safe position. The Highlander offers three barrel lengths, 20", 24" and 26".

We offer flat rate shipping within the continental US of $29.95 per gun to cover shipping and handling of each firearm. We only ship within the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but we will charge an additional fee to ship to those areas. Firearms shipped to California are charged at $45 per gun to cover the additional paperwork. Certain firearms may not be legal to ship to your state and it is your responsiblity to know that information.
We offer flat rate shipping on non-firearm items at $19.95 per auction to the continental US. Large and oversized items may be charged at a higher rate. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii have to be air freighted, so shipping to those states will be higher. Ammunition cannot be shipped to California, Hawaii or Alaska and many other states, so please be aware of your state laws prior to bidding.
We no longer offer an option for local pickup. All items must be shipped.

Buyer's premium for this auction is 20%, which includes all fees except for shipping. All items in this auction are brand new, first quality and come with full manufacter's warranty. All of the items can be shipped, unless the item is not legal in your home state. All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee of your choice. The Bidder is responsible for having his/her FFL of choice send a valid FFL to us at bismanbids@gmail.com. We must receive a valid FFL for shipping within 5 days of the auction closing date or you may be subject to a storage fee of $10 per day. If, for any reason, you fail to pay for or cancel your bid or complete your purchase, a relisting fee of either 20% or $200 per item, whichever is greater, will apply. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase, all bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree not to dispute any disclosed charges to your credit card. If you do dispute a charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge per dispute to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. Due to the continued supply chain issues across the US, we cannot guarantee product availability once the auction has closed. For ammunition, we may substitute comparable ammo of another brand in the case of a product shortage. For other availability issues, we will attempt to source the item for you. If the item cannot be sourced, we will refund your money to you and let you know. We must receive a copy of the FFL or SOT that you would like us to ship to within 10 days of the auction close. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. We do not ship outside of the US. If you are an international bidder and are successful in winning an item, it must be shipped to a US address where you can work with an importer to receive your items. If you fail to provide a US address, a relisting fee of $200 per item will be applied. Some auction items may have a reserve assigned by the Seller. We may set our software to place bids so that the item does not sell below the reserve price. All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. All items become your property the moment we recognize your winning bid. Items can be shipped at the Buyers expense. The Buyer assumes all risk in storing and/or shipping of the item. Any disputes are between the buyer and the shipping company (FedEx). Items shipped to California, Alaska or Hawaii or oversized items may be subject to additional fees for shipping.
