The Hunting Consortium, along with their partner firm Hunt Europe Ltd, are donating this 5-day, 1 x 1 hunt for both a Balkan chamois and a European gray wolf, including the trophy fees, in Macedonia. Past success rate has been 100% on both species. The arrival point is Skopje, Macedonia. This hunt must be scheduled in 2017 between 28 October and 18 December. Meet and greet and transfer from the airport in Skopje, 1x1 guided hunt, and the trophy fees, are all included. The Hunting Consortium will assist with arranging air tickets, firearm permit, and all other details for the trip. Add-on hunts in neighboring countries can easily be included in the itinerary. Full-board accommodations in lodge or hotel, depending on the area hunting, are included during the hunt. Not included in the donation are international flights, hotel in Skopje before or after the hunt (if desired), personal extras, and documentation and shipping of trophies. Many other European species are available, such as red stag, mouflon, Racka sheep, wild turkey, and the Kri-Kri ibex. Macedonia is the only country now where the Kri-Kri ibex can be hunted.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. WFI assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until WFI’s bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Weatherby Foundation International (WFI) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. 4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. WFI reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. WFI reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH WFI ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTION AND SUPER SILENT AUCTION HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. THE HIGH BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY WFI, AND IS ADVISED, IN THE CASE OF FIREARMS, KNIVES, BULLETS OR OTHER WEAPONS TO SECURE A COMPETENT INSPECTION AND TEST OF THE GOODS BEFORE USE. THE GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTION ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF WFI. 9. WFI’s auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. WFI will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on WFI’s or Bidder’s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder’s internet connection, computer or system. WFI does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. WFI may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. WFI reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
