SHIPPING & PICKUP
Auction items shipping is included in the buyers premium to the address on file unless marked "Local Pickup Only." All firearm shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced separately. All items will begin to be shipped one week after the auction is complete if the items have not been picked up.
Winners may also pick up items in person at the TWRF office.

FIREARMS – SHIPPING & TERMS
All firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Buyers are responsible for knowing their state's firearm regulations.
Local Pickup (Tennessee):
All buyers must complete FFL paperwork and pass a federal background check (TICS) before taking possession.
Minimum age: 18 for long guns (rifles/shotguns) | 21 for pistols/handguns.
Failure to pass a background check results in forfeiture of the item.
Out-of-State Transfers:
Provide the name, address, and contact information of a licensed FFL dealer in your state to mkpiel@twrf.net.
TWRF will ship the firearm to your designated FFL dealer, who will process the required paperwork and background check.
All firearm shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced separately.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in TWRF's Live or Silent Online Auction. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms below. TWRF is a federally licensed dealer in firearms (FFL). All Federal, State, and Local laws are strictly enforced to the best of our ability and knowledge.
1. FIREARMS TERMS
All firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. The following rules apply to all winning bids on firearm items:
Local Pickup (Tennessee):
•Winning bidder must complete all required FFL paperwork and pass a federal background check (TICS) prior to taking possession of any firearm.
•You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun (rifle or shotgun).
•You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a pistol/handgun in the State of Tennessee.
•Any individual who does not pass the background check forfeits the item.
OUT-OF-STATE TRANSFERS:
•Firearms cannot be shipped directly to winning bidders who reside outside of Tennessee without proper FFL documentation.
•The winning bidder must provide TWRF with the name, address, and contact information of a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL dealer) in their state of residence. Please email this information to mkpiel@twrf.net.
•TWRF will ship the firearm directly to the designated FFL dealer, who will then process the required paperwork and conduct the background check.
•All firearm shipping and insurance charges are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder and will be invoiced separately.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what their state laws are regarding firearms.

2. BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. This fee helps TWRF offset operational expenses such as shipping, handling, and administrative costs. Ensuring that the maximum amount of funds raised can be directed toward our conservation and wildlife programs. Shipping will be covered by TWRF for all tangible items except firearms. Local pick up in Nashville Tennessee is available. Firearm shipping and processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
•Payment in full is due within 24 hours of the auction's closing.

•Failure to remit payment within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the item and the winning bidder may be prohibited from participating in future TWRF auctions.

5. ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges, returns, or refunds for any reason once a bid has been placed and won. All items are sold "AS IS."
TWRF has made reasonable efforts to accurately describe and catalog all auction items; however, TWRF neither warrants nor represents, and shall not be responsible for, the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of any item. No statement made in this catalog or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
6. GIFT CERTIFICATES & DONATED SERVICES
•Unless otherwise specified on the item listing, all auction gift certificates, donated services, and experience packages must be used within one (1) year of the date of the auction.
•Specific blackout dates, restrictions, or expiration terms provided by the donor will be noted in the item description and take precedence.
7. TWRF AUCTION RIGHTS
•TWRF reserves the right to add or withdraw any item from the auction, at any time, without prior notice.
•TWRF reserves the right to reject any bid or disqualify any bidder at its sole discretion.
•In the event of a dispute regarding a winning bid, TWRF's decision shall be final.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & HOLD HARMLESS
By participating in this auction, each bidder voluntarily assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and any items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and release from any and all liability — direct or indirect — TWRF, its elected and appointed officials, board members, employees, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, and any other persons or entities connected with this auction. This release includes but is not limited to claims arising from the condition, use, or misuse of any item purchased, as well as any claims arising from participation in the auction event itself.
