A US Officers Chapeau, decorated with silver bullion banner ornament, over black beaver cloth, all topped with white peacock feathers, interior silk lining marked with illegible French makers mark, all in a Japanned tin case.
Overall fair condition. Loss of feathers, stitching, and beaver fur. ribbon under bullion is not present.
