Black River pack-in fishing and camping trip. Here’s an opportunity you’re not going to want to miss! This is a four-day pack-in trip on mules for two people into the upper Black River for some fishing, sightseeing, camping, and just plain fun! The trip will take place between April and July of this year; specific dates will be mutually agreed upon with the outfitter. You will arrive in Alpine the day before your trip begins and check in at the beautiful Escudilla Mountain Cabins. That evening you’ll have dinner compliments of the Foxfire at Alpine restaurant. After breakfast the next morning at the Alpine Grill, you’ll go to the trailhead and enjoy a scenic two-hour ride down to camp, which will already be set up. Camp will be in wall tents, sleeping on comfortable cots and enjoying some great food. During your stay, you can fish the river near camp or take day rides to enjoy the scenery, with a good chance of seeing some Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep on the bluffs along the river. After arriving back in Alpine the afternoon of the fourth day, you will be treated to dinner again at the Foxfire and another night at the Escudilla Mountain Cab-ins. The next morning, it will be breakfast at the Alpine Grill, fuel up at The Tackle Shop, and it’s off for home! This donation includes a $100 gift certificate from the Foxfire at Alpine restaurant, two breakfasts for two at the Alpine Grill, two nights lodging at Escudilla Mountain Cabins, and a $75 gift certificate for gas from The Tackle Shop. You can bring along up to two additional guests at a rate of $1200 per guest.

Liability: Arizona Bighorn Association has exercised reasonable care in the selection of auction items and raffles; however, it accepts no liability for the use or misuse and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety, or function, either expressed or implied.
Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
