Blue Water Ranch Duck Hunt for 1 Youth & 1 Adult
Richard Lewallen has donated a 1-day duck hunt for one youth hunter (12-18 years old) and one adult on his private ranch near Fromberg, Montana. Richard will accompany you with his trusty retriever to ensure you will get plenty of opportunities at Mallards, Wood Ducks and Teal. You will be hunting over decoys or jump shooting along a 1 mile stretch of Blue Water Creek which is spring fed and always has open water. We’d like to thank long-time SCI Board Member Richard Lewallen for this incredible donation.

OTHER NOTES:
This is a self-guided hunt where you will be accompanied by Richard Lewallen and his trusty retriever on a 1 mile stretch of private creek bottom. You must be physically able to walk up to 3 miles in snow and river bottom like conditions. You will meet Richard in Fromberg, Montana and from there you can ride with Richard or follow him to the hunting grounds 4 miles SE of Fromberg, MT. Richard suggests setting up dates as early as possible and recommends December or January for the best hunting results. Decoys and blinds will be provided. Ducks can also be hunted by jump shooting at hunter request.
