This is more than a wine and spirits tour — it is an invitation to experience the soul of French savoir-faire.
Saint-Émilion Wine Experience & Historic Village Tour
Journey from Bordeaux into the prestigious Saint-Émilion region, where vineyard-covered hills surround one of France’s most picturesque medieval villages. At a charming château, stroll through sunlit vines, explore traditional cellars, and learn the journey from grape to glass before enjoying a guided tasting of estate wines paired with artisanal regional specialties.
Your experience continues with a walking tour through the UNESCO-listed village of Saint-Émilion. Wander cobblestone streets dating back centuries, discover ancient monuments, and take in panoramic views across rolling vineyards that define the region’s timeless beauty.
Médoc Wine Region Discovery
Travel the famed “Château Route” through the legendary Médoc appellations of Margaux, Saint-Julien, and Pauillac — terroirs that produce some of Bordeaux’s most powerful and prestigious wines. Visit both a family-run estate and a celebrated 1855 Classified Growth château, exploring vineyards, vat rooms, and historic cellars while learning the secrets of their winemaking traditions.
A guided tasting workshop teaches you the art of professional wine evaluation — refining your palate, identifying aromas, and experiencing Bordeaux wines with newfound expertise.
Your Stay in Bordeaux — Hôtel Bayonne Etche-Ona
Set in the heart of Bordeaux’s historic center, Hôtel Bayonne Etche-Ona offers an intimate 4-star retreat where history and modern elegance coexist beautifully. Housed within two restored 18th-century townhouses — including the former residence of the Prince of Asturias — the hotel reflects Bordeaux’s refined heritage through thoughtfully designed interiors and distinctive character.
Each space tells its own story. One residence evokes the glamour of 1920s Art Deco New York, while the other embraces a “Cabinet of Curiosities” aesthetic inspired by global travel. Custom furnishings, fine materials, and rich architectural details create an atmosphere that feels both timeless and deeply personal — a sophisticated sanctuary perfectly positioned for exploring the city.
Maison Hennessy — A Legacy of Excellence
Founded in 1765, Hennessy represents the pinnacle of cognac craftsmanship. Your experience begins with a scenic solar-powered boat crossing of the Charente River, retracing the historic route once used to ship Hennessy cognacs worldwide.
Explore the Pavillons Cellar, where heritage meets contemporary design, and experience MOBILIS — an immersive virtual journey into the house’s history. In the historic Faïencerie cellar, discover the magic of aging eaux-de-vie, the role of oak, and the famed “angels’ share,” before concluding with a guided tasting of signature cognacs served neat, on the rocks, and as refined cocktails.
Please note: Boat crossings are available from April to October.
Rémy Martin — Three Centuries of Fine Champagne Cognac
Step into the world of Rémy Martin, renowned for producing cognacs exclusively from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus. Discover the house’s remarkable history, explore its cellars, and uncover the craftsmanship behind its celebrated Fine Champagne cognacs.
Through stories, tradition, and tasting, you’ll experience the passion and precision that have defined Rémy Martin’s legacy for over 300 years.
Your Luxury Stay in Cognac — Hôtel Chais Monnet & Spa
In the historic town of Cognac, Hôtel Chais Monnet & Spa transforms a former 19th-century cognac warehouse into a destination of contemporary luxury. Meticulously restored, the property blends industrial heritage with modern design, offering elegant rooms, exceptional dining, and a serene wellness experience.
Relax beside the rooftop pool, indulge in rejuvenating spa treatments, and savor refined cuisine that celebrates regional flavors. Throughout your stay, warm French hospitality and understated sophistication create an atmosphere of effortless indulgence.
