Stone Mountain Safaris offers this opportunity to hunt trophy Stone Sheep! This hunt is to be scheduled for the 2017 hunting season and may be deferred to 2018 (limited hunt schedule opportunities for 2016 may exist) with mutual agreement of the outfitter. This hunt may be upgraded to include additional species for a harvest fee of $4,900 per animal harvested (moose, caribou, elk and/or Mt. Goat). Black bear and wolf are included with this hunt! Additional hunters are welcome at the market rate. Non-hunters are welcome at $400 per day. Accommodations during this hunt will be a rustic cabin or a wall tent. Hunter may choose his weapon - rifle, bow or muzzle-loader. Hunter is responsible for the costs of a license, tag, GST, non-resident hunt preservation fee and Northern B.C. Guides Wildlife Enhancement fee. Additionally, there is a $900 air charter to and from camp. The hunt arrival and departure point is Ft. Nelson, British Columbia. Stone Mountain Safaris is widely recognized as one of the premier outfitting businesses in British Columbia! We anticipate that the price of Stone Sheep hunts will continue to increase quite dramatically in the next year or two (result of a significant reduction in Sheep allocations in British Columbia). Anticipated increases could almost double the current cost. Don’t miss this chance to hunt with one of the very best outfitters in North America while costs are still relatively low! Bob Parkey’s Taxidermy will offer a $500 mount discount on any Stone Sheep or Black Bear taken on this trip. Please note: There is a reserve bid on this item. The reserve has been significantly lowered but if the reserve is not met, the item will not be sold. There is a Trophy Fee ($10,000) to be paid to the outfitter only if a sheep is harvested. The stated value includes the $10,000 trophy fee. Buyer should anticipate that the harvest fee will be paid!
