Browning Auto-5 'Light Twelve' 12 Ga
SN: 7G82441 Made in Belgium this is the classic Auto 5 designed by John Moses Browning in the Light Weight version. It is a semi-auto shotgun chambered for 2.75" 12 gauge shells circa 1967. It has a 29.5" vent rib, blued barrel and receiver with a silver tone bead front sight, magazine cut off, metal trigger guard, smooth gold tone trigger (flaking off) and manual safety behind the trigger. It has two piece wood stocks with checkering at the wrist and forearm and finger grooves above the checkering on the forearm. It has a black butt plate with Browning Automatic embossed around the outer portion and FN in the middle. The metal finish looks good overall but is losing or has lost blue finish in spots on the barrel and receiver. Someone scratched the initials IC on the left side of the receiver and there is a tiny ding on the left side of the barrel about 2" from the forearm and I mean tiny. The wood stocks look very good with minor signs of use or handling. No cracks just normal tiny dings from use. Bore looks great, bright. LOP is 14.5". Choke measures Full with a choke gauge. Condition is NRA Good+ *C&R Firearm*
