Browning Superposed High Grade American Mallard Model O/U shotgun, 12 gauge, serial #8G4PM00086. This shotgun, along with the lots before and after, comprises three matched examples of the BrowningWaterfowlSuperposed Series. According to the consignor, only 13 Waterfowl sets with matching serial numbers were produced. This high grade, Belgian made Browning is as new in the box with 28” barrels featuringafull-length ventilated rib and ivory bead front sight. The upper barrel is modified choke while the lower is full choke. The shotgun barrels retain nearly all of their blued finish with only the lightestofhandling marks. The coin finished, relief engraved receiver is finished in the white with gold inlayed game scenes on both sides depicting Mallards. The underside of the action is marked 086 of 500 ingold,indicating the limited production of the series. The shotgun comes in the original box with all associated paperwork and manuals. The finely checkered wood stocks are in excellent condition with beautiful oil Note+++2nd in a 3 part series, 1st is lot 825a, 3rd is lot 1135

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
