This donation is for 2 hunters on a two-on-one hunt and 2 observers
Trophy animals donated are one of each species to be shared by the hunters: Cape Buffalo x 1 (up to 42”) and Blue Wildebeest x 1. Hunters can upgrade to take a 2nd buffalo at $ 9 900.00 trophy fee.
Included: The donation is for the duration of 8 hunt days, hunters will be hosted at Africa Maximum safaris luxury lodge. The 8 hunt days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the Northwest Province of South Africa. With over 300,000 acres of combined concessions, we hunt. All transportation during the hunt is included, and all transportation is done by vehicle. Special arrangements will be made if the client wishes to charter a plane to camp. This will be done at extra cost to the client. Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies; dipping and shipping are not included in the donation.
The hunt may be upgraded, either with extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per price list), extra trophies to be hunted, extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as the client wishes to tailor the package. No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt.
The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport.
Not Included: the arrival and departure day cost and the airport transfer. Arrival and departure days and airport transfers are charged @ US $ 220.00 per person per day excl. 15% VAT tax. This is applicable to the client in all cases. If hunters arrange their own transfer from and to the airport, the arrival night’s accommodation will be charged at the regular observer daily rate.
Weapons to be used: Rifle only - 30 caliber or bigger. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. An alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting.
The hunting season is from 1st of February 2026 to 30 November of 2026 or 2027.
An export permit from the United States is required to bring any weapons into South Africa. At South African Customs, the gun owner will supply the necessary import permit, on which a temporary firearm license will be issued.

Shipping Details:
Hunts and Fishing Trips will have a certificate identifying the details of the trip purchased with contact information included. Buyer will be responsible for any costs related to shipping of products pertaining to the auction item they have purchased. Your Credit Card will be charged shipping charges, if applicable, once the shipping costs have been determined.

Cards to be processed immediately after purchase. Will need card type, account number, expiration date, 3 digit security code from back of card.
All Sales are final. No refunds. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of any items purchased.

2026 Midnight Sun Fund Raiser Conditions of Sale:
The Alaska Kenai Peninsula Chapter SCI through its annual fund raiser offers hunts, art, firearms, and other tangible items for sale during its Live Auction and all items are sold as is.
The Alaska Kenai Peninsula Chapter SCI does not make implied or expressed warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the items and in no event shall the Alaska Kenai Peninsula Chapter SCI be held responsible for the accuracy of a given description or its value.
The auctioneer and spotters will make every attempt to secure all desired bids, but the Alaska Kenai Peninsula Chapter SCI is not responsible for missed bids or bids that fail to be executed. The auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder on live auction items. Some of the items have undisclosed reserves, if the bid does not exceed the undisclosed reserve, then the item does not sell.
The Alaska Kenai Peninsula Chapter SCI does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance and satisfaction on the part of the buyer for the acquired hunt.
All photos displayed associated with a hunt may or may not be representative of animals taken or to be taken on that particular hunt. We do our best to solicit donated hunts only from competent outfitters.
It is important to note that hunts purchased at our auction generally go very well, and we strive to obtain quality items and outfitters, however, If a buyer wins an auction item and a the donor fails to provide the auction item or the outfitter is longer in business, through no fault of your own, once our chapter pays the reserve to the outfitter or company, all liabilities are released from the Kenai Chapter. If you simply find it inconvenient to go on the available dates specified in the description or change your mind those negotiations will need to be worked out between you and the outfitter or company.
All items sold on cannot be resold representing the Alaska Kenai Chapter of SCI.
Certain trips such as mountain hunts or spot and stalk hunts require a high level of physical fitness to maximize the opportunity for success. Other trips, such as game hunts, are not as physically demanding.
