CATENA SAFARIS ARGENTINA: 5-Day Big Game Hunt in Argentina for Three Hunters
Argentina Safari for three hunters in La Pampa State in a luxury Lodge. Includes 5-days accommodations (full lodging), guide service, 1 blackbuck trophy fee, 1 Patagonia ram trophy fee, and 1-Wild boar trophy fee (one trophy/hunter), reception at arrival to Santa Rosa City in La Pampa, and transportation to and from hunting camps, full board accommodations based on double rooms, with wine and/or beer, drinks and meals and international Chef service, land transportations by cars and 4WD vehicles, primary trophy preparation, professional 2x1 guide service, English speaking host, laundry service and Wi-Fi Internet service at all Lodges.
Hunters will fly to Santa Rosa, La Pampa Airport (RSA) a day before the experience starts (1 hour flight from Buenos Aires International Airport.)
Hunting method is usually spot and stalk, 2x1 guide, hunting hours are daylight.
At lunch time, after a morning spotting and stalking animals, our international chefs will be waiting with snacks, national and game dishes, and local world class wines. After lunch, hunters can take a nap to be ready for the afternoon hunt until twilight. Then, dinner will be waiting, surrounded by drinks, conversations, and laughs by the side of our huge fire pit.

Double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms, warm water, electricity, Wi-fi (internet), laundry service and high-quality wine and food is what you will expect.

Not included in the donation: Additional animals, flights, domestic one hour flight from Buenos Aires city to La Pampa city ($120 RT approx.), transfer service in Buenos Aires ($100/guest total), hunting license, government tag, gun rental ($250/hunter + ammunition), capping ($60) tips and insurance and/or medical expenses.
A minimum deposit of $500 per guest is required to confirm the dates. CSA cannot book a date without any commitment from the hunter.
50% of the extra trophy fees is required to book dates.

This deposit will be credited toward extra trophies, hunting license, government tags, gun rental and ammunition.

AUCTION RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following rules apply to all bidders participating in online bidding and must be followed unequivocally. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. The auctioneer and HSCF staff will render decisions on any disputes regarding the bids during the auction.
HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
Most hunt donations have specified dates for which they may be taken. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction descriptions are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each winning bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the winner will receive an email acknowledgment and a paid invoice once payment has been processed.
In the event the winner's card is declined, HSCF will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, HSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer the item for resale.
HSCF online auction winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
Online bidders agree to not interfere or disrupt the standard working function of any aspect of the online auction, via any device, software or other means.
If an active bidder is not satisfied with an aspect of the online auction, the bidder's only recourse is to discontinue use of the online auction system prior to the conclusion of bidding or the purchase of an item.
HSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction and/or to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and offer any goods affected by any malfunction for resale.
All disputes regarding HSCF auction items purchased during this auction shall be submitted in writing to HSCF. All disputes and/or requests for refunds must detail and demonstrate proof of dispute. HSCF, at its sole discretion, may or may not approve a requested refund, based on the evidence and information provided. Credits or refunds will not be given, for any reason that is beyond the control of HSCF, if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item with the time frame described in the auction description. Credits will not be provided by HSCF for any item for which the donor and buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description as provided during this auction.
For any approved credits or refunds, which will be made at the sole discretion of HSCF and are final, the credit or refund will not exceed the amount allocated to HSCF for the specific item, in the case of items for proceeds are to be shared with any third party.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to read the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability for Goods & Services. By bidding on any auction item, whether in person or online, the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and agree to the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability.
