TO PERCUSSION. Cal. 69. NSN. Bbl. 44 5/8", has eagle "P" proof at rear & attaches to stock w/ 3 spring retained bands. Bbl. converted to percussion w/ drum & nipple. Lock w/ chamfered plate has file decoration across tail which has later "CP" stamping. Walnut stock w/ fluted comb, has iron mts. w/ newly stamped "CP" on right side behind sideplate. CONDITION: iron parts w/ old deeply rusted patina. Stock basically sound w/ old surface has minor losses in front of lock & w/ crack & loss of wood on left side above sideplate. One lock screw is missing. 1 Bbl. band spring is broken & top missing. No ramrod is present. Pitted bore. PROVENANCE: The Estate Collection of Gary Parietti. (01-19685/MGM). ANTIQUE. $300-500.
